Ayda Rashidian is a U.S. Immigration Lawyer and the founder of AYRA Law. She represents a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to multinational corporations, across industries such as entertainment, technology, healthcare, and finance. Ayda provides strategic counsel on all aspects of U.S. immigration law, specializing in both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher petitions, as well as E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, I, L-1, O-1, P, and TN visas.

With extensive experience in family-based immigration, Ayda helps individuals and families navigate complex legal processes. Ayda earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York and is fluent in English and Farsi.
